I may have left a review before, but I had to come back and say it again: Paradigm Family Health is incredible. I feel so lucky to have found this practice. It has completely transformed my healthcare experience. The practitioners are among the best I have ever experienced. The level of care, compassion, and time they spend with each patient is remarkable. You never feel rushed. You feel heard, respected, and genuinely cared for. I cannot recommend Paradigm Family Health highly enough. If you are looking for healthcare outside of an employer-sponsored plan, absolutely consider them. Even if you already have traditional insurance, I still encourage you to look into their practice because there is simply nothing else like it. I am incredibly grateful for Dr. Musick, Dr. Brenson, and the entire team. They provide not only exceptional medical care, and I walk out with peace of mind. 🍀

I have so much love and appreciation for Paradigm! I think every one of these docs has saved my back at some point or another. If it’s mental health, gym, pneumonia, rheumatology, aesthetics, kiddos- they have you covered and then some. I have received care here that has saved me a trip to the er. That alone oaid for the yearly membership. No brainer, just say yes!

I can’t say enough good things about my Direct Primary Care clinic. From the moment I joined, I felt genuinely welcomed, listened to, and cared for in a way I hadn’t experienced before. Dr. Patel is truly amazing — kind, attentive, and incredibly thorough. She takes the time to understand what’s going on, answers every question, and makes you feel completely comfortable without ever feeling rushed. Before coming here, I had been dealing with ongoing health issues and just didn’t feel like myself. Since becoming a patient, my health has improved so much, and I finally feel like I’m back to a healthy, strong version of myself. Having a doctor who truly listens and partners with you in your care makes all the difference. I’m incredibly grateful to have found a clinic that prioritizes relationships, trust, and real results. BEST HEALTHCARE EXPERIENCE I've ever had! I've been with Paradigm since before 2020, and have consistently had a wonderful experience. Dr Benson, Dr Musick, Kristen and the team are all so responsive (think: answering the phones, replying to messages, same/next day availability for appts, meds sent to your pharmacy same day). I've always felt respected, genuinely cared for, never rushed. My allergies have never been managed better, my menstrual cycle/lady problems have never been taken so seriously or treated faster. It's such a relief to feel confident that you have access to a doctor who knows you and is available whenever health things inevitably come up AND is already paid for with your monthly subscription (no more going through health insurance!) Now that I've been there for a few years, they also know my recent health history, which means no more explaining everything to every provider at every appt for the 100th time - and vulnerable healthcare questions feel so much less scary. I've referred my siblings, significant others, friends and won't stop! Lol. I'm convinced Direct Primary Care is the absolute best way to go.
