The staff at Our Family Doctor is amazing. They actually see you at your appointment time (very little, if ever, waiting) and these are the nicest people in the world. I have been a patient for several years and I will never leave for another doctor!
I'm very please with the care I get , when I come to doctor Taylor office. I love the nurse practitioners the staff is very helpful. Also Maria is a very respectful your lady that has been pleasant helpful to me. The staff will call and check on you to make sure you are find or if you need prescription renewed. I’ve had such a consistently positive experience with Our Family Doctor and truly feel grateful to be a patient here. The environment is clean, welcoming, and well-organized. Appointments feel thorough and never feel rushed, and I always have felt like a top priority. Communication is excellent. My insurance demands a lot of prior authorizations and they’ve always been prompt in dealing with the backend insurance issues. I’ve never even had to follow-up with them! I primarily see Kaylee Roberts, and I can’t say enough great things about her. She is incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and compassionate. She takes the time to truly listen, answer questions in a way that feels clear and reassuring, and makes you feel comfortable and heard at every visit. Dr. Taylor is also wonderful. It’s clear the entire staff is dedicated to maintaining a high standard of care across the practice. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for quality care and a supportive medical team
I had such a great experience here! Chaney the nurse practitioner was super easy to talk to and really took the time to listen to everything I had going on. I never felt rushed, and she explained things in a way that actually made sense. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients which is hard to find!
