my mother is epileptic this is her second time, going into this clinic and experiencing rude front desk workers, the attitudes are nasty and they have no professionalism. go to this clinic or send your loved ones to this clinic at your own risk, especially if you want them mistreated and talk to like their less then do better. We are all humans and we all have our individual circumstances.

Every one at Oak Street Health are caring compassionate from the receptionists to the Dr's. and nurses,How ever there is one staff member that was not wanting for me to engage in conversation with my Dr. and to me that is very unprofessional.Because the information that I needed was very important for my health!!
