Other than the front end staff being half-butted about how they handled messages & requests for copies of records, I liked Lakewood FH. My husband & I always had Kendra as our provider & she was accomodating, listened & seemed to be about helping the patient over typical medical pro mentality of- "how can I ream this visit for more $". I thought they were closing at the end of 2025 but it looks like they're still running?
I have been coming to this practice for years! The nurse practitioners are great! The office is always clean! The providers are very informative and personal. I never experience long wait times, they have their scheduling under control. They do have an online portal as well. I am a nurse practitioner myself and I would highly recommend this practice as they are very great!
I just love my provider Tara Kavasos and all the staff! It’s so comforting to have a dependable safe place in your neighborhood that can attend to your entire family! So convenient and attentive.
