★☆☆☆☆The worst facility at communicating. Long wait times, and once you get on the phone with staff, they are not trying to help you. Instead, they want to deny your assistance and refer you to another staff member who isn't helping. It feels like a running joke to not assist sick people. Terrible customer service reps! I had a 12-month referral to see the doctor they told me it was not written in their system and lied. They should be reported!

★★★★☆I came to the Parkland Family Medicine clinic for over 10 years as my primary care provider. The resident physicians were excellent! My only complaint was that you couldn't keep the same physician for more than 3 years because they finish training and move on to be an attending elsewhere. It's the nature of the beast in academic medicine. Please understand, this is a county teaching hospital. Your wait could be very long as they have a huge amount of patients, and they don't turn you away for having no insurance. If you want a quick experience in an elegant setting, you might want to choose a private doctor's clinic, or a private hospital like Baylor. I'll choose Parkland's Family Medicine Clinic myself!

★☆☆☆☆I used to really like this place. But now the wait time is so long. I brought my baby for urgent care and spent 3 hours. Mind you my 2 boys are their patients from day 1. My sons therapist wanted them to sign off on a document for over a month. I will be switching really soon. So so upset
