I would not recommend coming here. I’ve had issues in the past, and management was unable to help resolve them. The manager was honestly a joke. I had a conversation with her hoping to address my concerns, but instead of listening or trying to resolve the issues, she spent most of the time talking about her own life. I left that conversation feeling like none of my concerns had been heard or taken seriously. This clinic has changed dramatically. Many of the staff members who truly cared are no longer here, and the current staff often seem overwhelmed and unsure of what’s going on. Dr. Worrell seems overwhelmed as well. The other providers are wonderful, and I have nothing negative to say about them they’ve always been caring and professional. I don’t know exactly what changed, whether it was management or something else, but this clinic is not what it used to be. I stayed as a patient even after my favorite provider left because, at one point, things were actually running very well. Calls were answered promptly, and the nurse line was reliable. Unfortunately, that is no longer the case. The person who used to manage the nurse line is no longer there, and since then, communication has become extremely poor. I’ve left five messages since last week and have not received a single return call. If you’re looking for a clinic with responsive communication and strong leadership, I would recommend looking elsewhere to save yourself the frustration.

This has to be the slowest clinic and staff in all of texas, they take forever to do their job, which is mostly just sitting on a desk and scanning documents, countless times I have been at the clinic and the phone is ringing and the girl who is supposed to pick it up is on her phone giggling, standing in the corner, I just dont understand how half of them are employed because they clearly dont do anything. If Dr Paul doesn't get these guys in order, they will soon have 4 less people to deal with. meaning I will not be coming back to the clinic with my family anymore because this is a waste of time and money with service like this I rather stay sick and be not this frustrated.
I love Doctor Paul Worrell. He has been my husband, and I Dr for over six years now. He is very attentive and very knowledgeable about everything he does. He is so amazing!
Dr. Worrell has been my doctor for over a decade. I have referred many of my friends and family. Everyone agrees, he takes the best care of you because he truly cares about his patients. I am lucky to have him as my doctor.
When I arrive front desk was very nice. Very helpful. My visit was exquisite and absolutely phenomenal. I will be returning . I saw the doctor within 35 minutes of my visit.
