I cannot express how frustrated I was with this place. The lack of responsiveness is astonishing. No matter how many times I called different days, different times I was met with silence. It’s unacceptable that a simple question had to be addressed in person because they wouldn’t answer the phone. When I finally drove there to seek assistance, the front office staff was anything but accommodating. The lady at the desk pretended to be helpful but quickly turned rude when I mentioned my call records. It felt as if she had no respect for my time or concerns. This experience has been incredibly disappointing, and I would not recommend this place to anyone. If I could give it zero stars, I would.

I had a very frustrating experience with Dr. Pruna’s office. We were scheduled for appointments twice, and both times the office was closed with no notice. No one answered the phone or returned our calls, leaving us waiting outside hoping someone would show up. My daughter, who has type 1 diabetes, requires consistent and attentive follow-up care, and missing these appointments caused her to miss important exams and disrupted her care. The lack of communication and reliability is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. It feels like patients are not being taken seriously, and trust is completely lost. If this level of service cannot be maintained, the office should reconsider how it operates because patients deserve far better care and accountability.

My experience, from the moment I first contacted his office through my entire treatment, was exemplary and deserves the highest praise. From the quality of his exceptional bedside manner, warm, compassionate, and attentive approach immediately put me at ease. I felt truly listened to, and his dedication to establishing a strong, trusting doctor-patient relationship is evident and greatly valued. Furthermore, I was profoundly impressed by his commitment to patient education and detailed explanation. The clarity with which you discussed my diagnosis, prognosis, and proposed treatment plan was remarkable. He took the time necessary to ensure I fully understood every aspect of my health, using language that was easy to comprehend, which empowered me to participate confidently in my own care decisions. Medication refills are always accurate and timely. With his new and additional staff, calls are answered right away, call backs are within an hour at most, the staff is very polite and educated, and familiar with me and my medications and treatments, and able to provide quick and accurate updates and assist in answering my questions and taking care of my refill needs and referrals, same day. This level of thoroughness is a testament to his professionalism and expertise. The entire office staff also contributes significantly to the positive patient experience. The professionalism of your office staff is superb—they are courteous, efficient, and welcoming. I particularly want to compliment the excellent management of the schedule, as the wait times were consistently short, which shows great respect for your patients' time. The easy accessibility of your practice and the pleasant, organized office environment further enhance the visit. Everything operates seamlessly, creating a calming and efficient setting. In summary, the overall quality of your care is of the highest standard. You combine profound medical knowledge with genuine human compassion, setting the benchmark for what healthcare should be. I highly recommend you and your team to anyone seeking a truly superior medical provider.

Easy to schedule appointment and Dr. Pruna was knowledgeable, professional, and made sure I was taken care of.

Great easy parking. There are plenty of spaces just feet away from the door. Staff is knowledgeable, bilingual, and professional and both quick and efficient. Dr. Pruna has the best bedside manner, spends all the time you want and need to listen to you, and answers all your questions all while educating you on your symptoms, conditions, and walks you through how to treat them successfully. He provides extensive explanations and directions of do's and not to do's and why. He follows up and provides your prognosis and diagnosis and treatment plan right there. He's very thorough and addresses all your issues at once rather than just what you originally came there for so that you don't need additional unnecessary visits. His staff and nurse have extensive medical training, education, and experience and are also bilingual. He has done house calls and hundreds of thousands of telemed visits for when you just don't have the time and are too sick to go to the office in person. Which is invaluable. He's been practicing for over 31 years and graduated from medical school twice with training and education both in Cuba and the United States, with over 17 years of education at the top of his field and class. He treats all conditions and patients from infants to the geriatric. Is board certified, and that is a must requirement in today's medical world. You do not want your health in the hands of just an MD. He is also an anesthesiologist and now practices Family Medicine and is a Great Primary Care physician treating infants, teenagers, adults, and elderly. There is nothing he doesn't treat. The spectrum is wide from colds, Covid, to Cancer and HIV. Psychiatric and depression to HBP and diabetes and every condition, viruses, and diseases in-between including STDs and Gynaecological issues and therapies. He accepts all insurance as well as cash patients. You couldn't ask for a more professional, more educated, and skilled doctor with an amazing bedside manner and answered all your questions so you understand everything before you leave his office.
