Both me and my mother both attend this clinic and i have to say Dr. Joseph has been such a help. I'm so glad we found this affordable clinic in Dallas Texas. Receptionists also do an amazing job! Definitely 5 stars, labs are always so easy and fast as well.

I had a visit with Dr. Teng a week ago. For starters, the nurse practice was very odd. She had my blood pressure band on for entirely too long to the point where my hand was turning noticeably purple. I’ve never had that happen to me before. Secondly, I will give credit to Dr. Teng’s kindness. He is a very sweet man, however during my visit with him, as he was listening to my lungs, I was unsure whether or not to breath normally or breathe in every single time he placed his stethoscope in a new area, but that’s what I did. He said everything was good until I received a note from my surgical center that he noted I had shortness of breath. He did NOT mention anything of the sort to me so I was required to get a chest x ray. I tried to clarify with the office and doctor however he said I needed a chest x ray for the kind of surgery I was getting anyways. I got two different opinions from two other doctors and they mentioned I shouldn’t have needed a chest x ray other than if I had medical history such as asthma, which I had none. In the end, I spent over 400 dollars for a chest x ray and another surgical clearance that I didn’t need because low and behold, my lungs were perfect and I never had shortness of breath 🙃 such an annoying and extensive experience that could’ve been completely avoided if he actually spoke up
I enjoyed my visit with my provider, Bilkish. She has great bedside care and is very thorough when addressing any concerns you may bring up. The staff is also friendly and prompt when giving you any results from labs etc.
