Practice is great, PA did a fantastic job. However, the remote phone tree support is horrendous. Got transfered within the loop 3 times. Remove support does not work properly for medical practices whenever you can't get ahold of the clinic to correct your paperwork for the lab.
Dr. Julie Han was so kind and understanding. I came for my annual checkup including bloodwork, and was in and out in less than an hour. The entire staff was friendly, quick and professional.
**** updating my review, as the clinic has reached out and it seems like they're trying to help. I am actually shocked I'm writing a review because I hate doing this. I called, they didn't have an appointment for an MD available for 3 weeks. So I agreed to a PA and scheduled an appointment for 4/15 (today). On the phone when scheduling this appointment last week, I asked the woman scheduling me if I needed to provide any additional information about my condition, my past medical records, or even have my medications faxed over and she said "no, the appointment will only last 15 minutes, you can ask questions and they will send you to a referral". WHAT? I didn't even tell her yet that I was going to need a referral? So you're telling me this clinic is only allowing me to do vitals there? No exam, no new patient medical screening? I did not understand. But I needed an appointment so I kept it. Today two hours before my appointment they called me twice, back to back. I called the number that called me (the "locations phone number") and found out that this clinic uses a massive call center out in Arizona which talks to the staff FOR the patient. I even asked the gentlemen this time, so what if I need to ask my doctor questions? He said, "well then you'd go through this call center". This clinic seems so sketchy.
Julie Han was very rude, condescending and did not have a good bedside manner what so ever. She told me I had a fungal infection in my ear and then continued to prescribe me bacterial antibiotic ear drops which worsen fungal infections. She skipped past important details that were obvious and failed entirely to help an issue. In fact, she developed an entirely new issue because of something as simple as not knowing what she was prescribing to me. She just prescribed it to prescribe it. I hope this saves at least one person from a situation such as mine. Find good doctors people. She should not have a job there in all honesty.
I'm a 60 year old male and came to know Doctor Kim and his staff in early 2023. I'm normally Very skeptical of doctors and the health care field in general these days, so I entered into this doctor/patient relationship with my radars working in full force. What I discovered, however, was far more than a pleasant surprise; What was originally believed to be a false front of genuine care and empathy by the EntirE staff turned out to as Real, Warm and Genuine as it gets. In short, these people CARE about EVERY human being that crosses their threshold asking for medical help. Doctor Kim is as Down to Earth, personable and empathetic as it gets. The way he balances this approach while still remaining strictly professional reminds me of the Old Country doctors from decades past. His staff follows right in his footsteps when it comes to interacting with patients. The best example of what I say was made crystal clear when I walked in one day when I was very obviously sick. I had no appointment, and the waiting room was jam packed. Instead of turning me away like protocol dictates, the receptionist, after realizing how apparently Sick I was, went back to presumably talk with Doctor Kim, squeezed me in anyway. In summary, "Trust" understandably comes VerY hard these days. But as God is my witness, I will honestly and greatfully attest that a person in need of medical care CAN place their entire amount of Trust in Dr. Kim and his staff. Health care simply gets No better.. AnyWhere!
