I've been going to this clinic since back when Dr. Hawa was the owner. I normally see Scott and he is very knowledgeable and caring. His PA is also very kind and professional. Pearl at the front office is very friendly and helpful. I have seen Dr. Paul and he is also very good. He is informative and explains things to where you understand.
I am always extremely well served at THFC in Benbrook. Dr. Robert Paul is always incredibly friendly and welcoming, and is always happy to work through any issues I might be having or answer questions that I have. The rest of the staff is excellent as well - most recently I worked with Tachina for check in and Kambry as my nurse and it was a great visit, though I have interacted with all of the staff at some point in the past and only have high marks for every one of them. I also spoke a bit with Adrianna for some of my lab results a few days after the appointment to follow up and she was friendly and helpful as well. I will happily be back and highly recommend this office.
If this was for the visit to Dr.Paul’s office, it is always totally. I want to say wonderful experience even though you’re going there sick. I just love him as a doctor and it’s nice that I’ve known him for over 30 some years and his office staff has always been very nice. They’re really really good on getting oh what’s the word when you need to get something so you can go see another doctor referrals so I just love the office and I hope they never change insurance where I can’t use them.
The receptionist and nurses are pleasant and easy to communicate with. Always helpful. Dr Paul has been my doctor for 3 years and he is great about answering questions and guiding me with good health care.
My Doctor retired which forced me to seek a new provider. I found Texas Healthcare in Benbrook which is 10 minutes from my house. I meet with Ellison Bowles, she was very personable, informative and was not pushy. She followed up, gave great information and we spoke via the web portal. My wife has now signed up for an appointment to for a visit.
