My visit was a little strange if im being frank. The doctor i saw was phenomenal (the name escapes me) the young thin black woman at reception was great aswell. And finally kelsey in billing was amazing. She gave me an honest answer for all my questions I had to bettwr understand the scope of their process which isn't something I expected for every employee to go above and beyond like kelsey did but its very appreciated!!! Im not a fan of how the billing process is but they are very upfront about how it works and they give a disclaimer on the off chance of if you'll he charged here's what it will be. I appreciate the transparency but the normal staff could benefit from knowing a little more about the billing process so I can make decisions on what to do then and there instead of either having to chance it and see what ill get charged later or having to schedule another visit to move forward. Yes I could double check everything in my insurance before going but I also have no way of knowing everything it could cover especially if im new to having insurance and trying to navigate my health and my money. Over all a pretty good visit but half the staff were very curt and gave little to no answers for my questions. But the other half were amazing! Especially kelsey!!! I would recommend this office for thoes who know the full extent of their insurance to avoid any unexpected expenses. 8-9/10

Anxiety often overwhelms me during doctor visits or tests, but Dr. Maria Canci's shines in alleviating my fears, taking the time to clarify every detail while showcasing heartfelt concern.
I was not rushed and I was really listened to. This place has a reputation and word of mouth got me here. Everyone nearby knows of this office and highly recommends it. If you are a female I highly recommend a female doctor they really connect and relate. As far as male doctors, Dr. lambert is the star he just listens so well and makes you feel comfortable.
I went here to establish new patient care. The doctor was fine, and I would have made this my primary clinic, but the clinic made me reconsider. I was told when I made the appointment I could only discuss 1 issue at the appointment. I had a wait before seeing the doctor. I sat and talked with the doctor for 15 minutes probably. No blood work. Nothing special. Just a prescription refill that my obgyn had previously been prescribing to me.. billed my insurance for a new level 4 visit. Billed my insurance $425. Insurance has a contractual agreement so -$154.15. They billed me $270.85... (deductible not met. Totally understand). Paying doesnt bother me. The level of visit I was billed for concerns me. This seems very odd considering I dont have a complex medical background. They took my weight, blood pressure, and the doctor listened to my heart with her stethoscope. I called to talk with billing because the level of care I had received and the level of the visit seemed off. They were not helpful in the slightest. I find them dishonest and feel they are overbilling insurance.
