Dr. Pondt is one of one. Having a PCP who really cares and very articulate with her recommendations is a big win for me and my health. She makes me feel safe and affirmed in knowing I am receiving the best care. I always feel supported in any medical decision I have to make and feel like I have all the right information from her and her team to make that decision. On top of her care, her team is always so helpful and pleasant. If they ever have questions about anything, they call before so when I have my appointment, I get to use my time with Dr. Pondt for the reason of my visit and other questions I have. I really, really love my whole experience with Dr. Pondt! I can tell that she really cares about her patients health and well-being. I didn't feel rushed and I left feeling encouraged and feeling like I had been in good hands. I'm encouraged about her directives concerning my weight-loss in order to control my blood pressure. Her staff is very professional, clean and friendly as well as the facility. I'm looking forward to keeping her as long as I can as my primary care physician.
Dr. Pondt does not listen to your concerns. I went to her because of the reviews and I did not get the doctor they described. She does not stay on topic. The diet advice she gave me did not help my issue. I went to other doctors and was able to get my concerns addressed with the corect diet. She criticized black women for being curvy. I'm not sure what her insecurities are however she should keep it outside the office.
Dr. Pondt has been my doctor for about 5 years now- she always makes me feel comfortable. She is an outstanding professional and she really cares for her patients! 10/10 would recommend.
