I do not recommend Dr. Barzin. I went to her several years ago and she did not listen to my concerns and was very insensitive. I’ve never met such an arrogant and ignorant doctor. I was actually diagnosed by another GP - 3 months after seeing Dr. Barzin - with Hashimoto’s thyroid disease. Welp, I guess it was all im my head and I was exaggerating my symptoms.
Dr. Barzin is amazing but the support staff (back office needs work). Waiting for labs is ridiculous. I went for labs only one day and waited an hour. The tech was available just not calling anyone back until a coworker asked what the hold up was. The staff is kind, but is way too challenging to communicate or get anything completed efficiently. There usually are not a lot of patients in office at the same time, I appreciate this. Attempting to coordinate my care with my other providers is always held up by this office. I unfortunately will have to locate another PCP. I was driving way out to see her too.
Dr. Barzin is the absolute best! She is so thoughtful in her approach and truly takes time to listen to your concerns. Can I give more than 5 stars?
Had a really good experience despite an issue with my insurance. They were still able to get me in and be seen once I got everything cleared up with my insurance company, which I really appreciated. They were extremely thorough and I would definitely recommend this physician.
Office staff is not helpful. Another example of what is wrong with healthcare in this country. I guess the positive side is that I never got to see the doctor so it was very easy to figure out as a new patient that this is not the office for us!
