I have been seeing Dr Nguyen as my primary doctor for probably more than half of my life now. She's a great physician. I am leaving a poor review here, as the office and billing have become a thorn in my side that I will not allow to continue without saying something about it. I have been overcharged multiple times. I have had payments that I made to the office at time of service, get dropped from my bill and invoice actually increase from the already inflated invoice amount. I have made many many calls to the office, and left voicemails, yet be completely ignored. The communication is a one-way street, because the invoices are quite conveniently sent to me via text, email, and regular mail. Multiple calls are left unreturned even after one successful connection where staff escalated to the billing manager to review my concerns. No call back. I am having to resort to sending a certified letter in order to get anyone's attention. Let's see how that goes. Health insurance companies and poorly run medical offices like this, give this entire health care industry the bad reputation that it has, while the consumer/patients suffer the financial consequences. This should be an absolute embarrassment.

I cannot say enough about this practice. I have been seeing Dr. Nguyen for over 13 years. I would not go anywhere else. Brooklyn, Gabby, Nellie, Vi and Daisy always go above and beyond. The entire office are amazing and helpful all the time. This is the best practice I have ever been to and the way they care for their patients is something you cannot find anymore.Not to mention Cameron who is the first person to only stock me once for blood in 10 years. His 30 year record still stands. They have captured lightning in a bottle with this group!!
I have appt today (1/22/2026)with Dr.Ashli Bartolo (Dr.Nguyen's PA). I am very please with her friendly greeting and her knowlegeable. Plus her medical assistant Daylia is super nice and cheerful. Both of them make my visit so pleasant. Thank you so much.

As a new patient, I couldn’t be more satisfied with my experience at Dr. Lester’s office. From the beginning, the level of professionalism and customer service is awesome. The office team made me feel comfortable and valued, and I was able to be seen in a reasonable amount of time. Dr. Lester took the time to listen to my concerns and never made assumptions, which I truly appreciate. I appreciate the option of in-person or virtual visits. The virtual visits are seamless and user-friendly, even for someone like me who isn’t particularly tech-savvy. I’ve had no technical issues, and my virtual appointments always start on time. The communication from the staff is excellent, and the friendly reminders have been helpful and not overbearing. Briefly after each appointment, I receive a notification from the pharmacy confirming they’ve received my prescriptions, which highlights a consistent and efficient flow within their office. Overall, I am extremely pleased with the care I’ve received and highly recommend Dr. Lester and his team. All of my interactions have been positive and stress free, I give a solid 10/10!
