My 2nd review since I just had my second visit (a year later). Just like last time, Dr. Divya Naik is very thorough and patient when I shared my concerns with her. She also helped me quickly with any needed medications or referrals. The wait time was reasonable, and the office and lab staff were friendly. So glad to have found this place and Dr. Naik!
Dr. Divya is the best! She is so understanding and helpful. As a first time patient, she made me feel comfortable with my situation. she helped so much with finding a OBGYN as soon as possible as well as accessing my over all health. She is definitely the definition of a Doctor that loves what she does and cares about her patients. The ladies in the front desk are also amazing! They made it super easy to check in, they are all friendly staff, and amazing help! I also had a lab done and those ladies are so sweet! They make conversation and make sure you are okay with the blood drawing! Love this office so much!
Dr Arias is great, she’s thoughtful, listens, is attentive and has a good bedside manor. Unfortunately the punctuality of the office drags down the overall experience, especially considering how long you’re with the doctor, compared to how long you have to wait. You’re asked to arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment, however the past two instances I’ve not been sent back to a room until 10 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. From there you’re stuck waiting in a room because they’re “running behind”. It doesn’t appear that the office is busy but there must be a scheduling issue or double booking. I’m writing this, still waiting to be seen for my appointment and they’re 30 minutes late. I would like to recommend Dr Arias but it’s not worth the wait.
First time at this office and I am so impressed! I’m so glad I found a new place for primary care after my previous doctor retired. Dr. Kumar is incredibly thorough and detailed. She made sure to answer all my questions explain all of her thoughts in layman’s terms. She also spent a long time with me, too. The appointment was not rushed in any capacity. The office staff are super friendly and great at what they do. I would recommend Methodist Health Group Preston Hollow to anyone who needs a primary care physician.
