I’ve had several disappointing experiences with Dr. Sudha’s office over multiple visits. My prescription requires prior authorization and routine lab work, and on multiple occasions I had to push just to get the correct labs ordered. After that, it often took repeated back‑and‑forth calls between the pharmacy and the office to get the prior authorization submitted, which consistently caused delays in receiving my medication.I also found it unnecessarily difficult to get the labs I needed. It’s my money, my insurance, and my health, yet I often had to argue just to have basic tests completed. The office seemed to prefer scheduling a visit with no lab data, then ordering labs afterward and requiring a follow‑up appointment. While that may generate more billing, it wastes time and makes it harder to manage my care responsibly.During my first visit as a new patient, I was line‑item charged for every topic discussed while providing a basic medical history. More recently, after leaving honest feedback about these issues, I arrived for an appointment and was handed a letter instructing me to find another doctor. It was clear the practice did not welcome constructive feedback.Based on my experiences, I cannot recommend this office. Dr. Sudha may be a capable physician, but the administrative processes, billing practices, and resistance to patient‑driven care made it difficult to receive timely, supportive, and efficient treatment.

I have been seeing Dr. Jogamantha for about a year and a half now, and she is a truly wonderful doctor. The front office staff and her medical assistants are fantastic; they always treat me with respect and are so incredibly patient. I am so impressed by how they always follow up to make sure I am doing well and that I am aware of all my upcoming appointments. Dr. Jogamantha is a great medical professional who runs a highly professional private practice. They offer top-notch service from the moment you walk in. I am so grateful for their care and would refer anyone to her practice!

I have been a patient of Dr. Sudha for over 17 years and I can honestly say that she is first and foremost very professional along with her staff, empathetic, very knowledgeable in her field and extremely caring. My husband has also switched to Dr. Sudha and he and I are very happy with her level of medical care he and I are receiving. She is supporting, never rushes you and listens to your concerns.

Very poor communication with the medical nurse and no update provided for the results to be picked up which at the time of appointment was said to be ready in 2 days time. Charging a good amount of money and the service provided is highly unsatisfactory. I have been continuously calling since the start of this week and Abby confirmed me the lab results are in but my package is still being prepared. Sometimes they call for missing flu shots copy that was provided to them during the examination and sometimes they are unaware of the vaccine shot they gave us same day themself. Im so disappointed to choice them as my medical blood work provider and will never be back once everything is handed over to me! Haven't seen Dr. Sudha physically even once everything is been taken care of by Ms. Marianne only.

They will use every opportunity to get extra money out of you, and then act like it is your fault. Steer clear of this place. Staff does not communicate well and will say things that contradict what each other has said. They will say insurance covers something or that you are all paid up, and then surprise you with a bill at a later visit. I wanted to get some bloodwork done, but they said I needed to see the Dr. first. I obliged and scheduled my appointment. The day of my appointment I happened to have a cold. They insisted to do a Covid and flu test on me, even though that was not the focus of my visit. These tests were NOT presented as optional, and I only consented because they said insurance would cover them. I was also told I would be able to be told my results over the phone and I would be called. Later, they called and insisted that I needed to schedule an appointment to hear them. So why give false information during my last visit??? So that I have to come in again and they get another copay??? During my visit, I had expressed my concerns to the doctor, referencing a family history of the problem. The doctor insisted I was "too young for that problem" and she was incredibly dismissive of my concerns, again trying to focus on the cold THAT I WAS NOT THERE FOR. It was incredibly frustrating. When I came back for the follow up to discuss my labs, they said I had a past due balance of almost $200 for the tests from the last visit that I didn't even want. When I explained, they just kind of shrugged it off and said that the medical professionals were not obligated to disclose pricing and it was up to me to deny it. I am ok with denying things if they are presented as an option/ not covered by insurance. I would not trust the front desk staff here to know what your coverage is, they clearly have no idea what they are doing. I will add that M. Rios the PA was very kind and helpful, but all the other staff have made it clear that they are not here to help me and they do not care about communicating clearly or compassionately.
