Dr Chen and his Staff have been great during my ongoing 26 Years as having them as a great medical team to take care of my ills and keeping me healthy. They treated me and any Friends and family members with the greatest respect, caring Friendly attitude. I consider the first time I met Dr Chen one of the luckiest days of my life. I was on the schedule to see another doctor who booked too many patients, and I was offered Dr Chen as a fill in. Once I had a taste of his caring nature and knowledge about medicine, I have been hooked for life. His staff is totally great especially during blood draws. I am usually in an exam room before my appointment is even ready to start. He quickly enters shortly after with a Friendly smile then down to business to take care of concerns. If I could give him and his staff 6 stars, I would easily do that. I referred many friend and relatives to Dr Chen, and they feel exactly the way I do. With any luck Dr Chen will be around until my old body is ready to leave this world. Thank you so much Dr Chen for your medical expertise and your ability to offer a friendly encouraging word or two before my departure from his office. Without him I doubt I would be a Prostate Cancer Survivor today.

We've been seeing Dr Chen for years. They respect your time in not having you wait for hours past your appointment's time. We are seriously considering finding another doctor. His front staff seem to love gaslighting while smirking. This office seems to have a high turnover regarding staff. Shoddy office management?
I recently saw my psychiatrist, where my blood pressure was noted to be high, and I was advised to follow up with my primary care provider. At that visit, my blood pressure was still elevated, and I was treated for a mild throat infection with antibiotics, which I appreciated. However, I’m confused about the lack of follow-up regarding my blood pressure. Since it was high on two occasions, I expected some explanation or next steps, such as monitoring, lab work, or a clear follow-up plan. Instead, I was told to return only if it remains high, without additional guidance. After the visit, I went to the pharmacy and was only given the antibiotic. When I asked, I was told there was no prescription for blood pressure medication on file, which added to my confusion. I would appreciate clarification on how my blood pressure should be monitored and what the next steps are.
I’ve been coming to this place since I was a toddler. Dr Chen is like family to me and I’m Sure this whole community- however. His staff are historically bad. Just called to get an appointment to re-sign a prescription and the front desk girl spoke to me like I’m also in the medical field and should’ve known I have to come visit in person for that. She talks like she wants to hang up ASAP, cuts you off and is very disrespectful. I’m just tired of it, which hurts because I’ll miss seeing the pcp I’ve had my entire life.
