I needed a new PCP and was hoping Dr. Rodriguez would be a good option. Booking my first appointment was extremely easy and quick over the phone. They verified my insurance over the phone, and sent reminders for my appointment as well which was so helpful. On my appointment day I filled out my paperwork and they got me in almost immediately after. The front desk staff was amazing! The nurse asked questions thoroughly and the doctor came in shortly after. Very minimal wait time overall. Dr. Rodriguez was also very thorough in his questioning, trying to make sure he had a good understanding of my previous treatments. I needed labs done so they had me schedule for the next day and had amazing availability for that as well. Overall - the communication has been amazing and I’m thankful to have found them!
