Very low-budget office setup: There was no A/C in the waiting room and the chairs were uncomfortable. My wife was the third patient to sign in on Wednesday morning (7/16/25) but she ended up waiting over an hour. It turned out the receptionist "forgot" to put my wife on the wait list. She did not even offer an apology. This place billed my insurance $497 for a simple physical exam but I could not even make an appointment by phone.
Very low budget office and they make small mistakes that turn out BIG for the patients? No one wants to drive back to the office for prescription mistakes especially when you don't even get an apology for the mistake. Then I noticed that the phone doesn't ring in the office like they turned the ringer off and that's even more frustrating! I will be changing doctors ASAP. Too inconsistent for me and I don't like that.
