Dr. Rajan Kohli, MD.

Dr. Kohli has been taking great care of me for about 4 years now and it's always been a good relationship. From weight and blood pressure management, allergies and sinus issues to testosterone therapy, Dr. Kohli has always been attentive and collaborative in his approach. The whole staff, especially Dereny, has always been friendly and accommodating. If you need a primary care doctor or if you're just not feeling like your old self, I couldn't recommend Dr. Kohli and his staff any higher.

Dear Dr. Kohli, I want to begin by saying that I consider you a talented physician, and I have always found you attentive and considerate during our appointments. However, I am extremely frustrated with how my recent prescription refill has been handled by your office. On June 29, following a telehealth appointment, you prescribed a 60-day supply of my medication. The pharmacy was only able to dispense 30 days at that time. Because of this, I called your office on August 11 to request the remaining 30-day refill. I was told by the receptionist that the refill would be submitted. One week later, on August 18, the prescription still had not been submitted. I called again and was assured that the refill would be taken care of and that someone from the office would call me back. You called me at 1:26 p.m. that afternoon, but because I was working, I was unable to answer. No voicemail or other message was left explaining the purpose of the call or what I needed to do. I called again on August 19 and learned that the prescription still had not been submitted. At that point, the receptionist told me that you wanted to move up my next appointment before providing the refill. I explained that I did not want to schedule an additional appointment simply to obtain this prescription. Each appointment costs me $50, and you have previously told me that appointments every two months are sufficient for managing this medication. I therefore do not understand why an additional appointment would be necessary before completing a refill that originated from my June 29 appointment. The receptionist told me that she would speak with you that same day, that you were in the office, and that someone would contact me once the prescription was ready. I received no call. I called again on August 20 at 10:58 a.m. The prescription had still not been submitted, and I had received no communication from you or your office. I called yet again on August 21 at 8:47 a.m. and received the same result. It is now August 23, twelve days after my initial request, and I still do not have my prescription or an explanation for the delay. I understand that your office is busy and that prescription management involves administrative work. However, a 12-day delay combined with essentially no meaningful communication is unreasonable. I have made repeated efforts to resolve this and have repeatedly been told that the issue would be addressed or that someone would call me back, only for neither to occur. I also want to be clear that requiring additional appointments beyond the schedule you previously told me was medically necessary creates an unnecessary financial burden. My wife and I work hard for our money, and I do not think it is reasonable to require an additional $50 appointment without a clear medical reason, particularly when I am simply trying to obtain the remainder of a prescription that was already authorized following my June appointment. I am raising this because I otherwise respect you as my physician and believe this is an area where both communication and office procedures need significant improvement. I would appreciate having this prescription issue resolved promptly and receiving clearer communication in the future when there is a problem or additional requirement. I’ve worked with Dr. Kohli & his staff for just about a year now and the whole office is amazing!!! He is wonderful at what he does and takes his time with each patient regardless what they are seeing him for! I have just recently started on my microneedling journey and cannot recommend enough!! It has given my skin the most amazing glow and texture!! He has truly taken the best care of me as I prep for my wedding in the fall! 😍

Dr. Kohli is an excellent doctor who genuinely takes the time to help his patients. Rather than immediately prescribing unnecessary medications, he focuses on identifying and treating the root cause of the issue. He’s thoughtful, thorough, and truly cares about providing the best long-term care possible. Highly recommend!

Made an appointment thinking I’d see Alysa since she’s the one I’ve been seeing for a few weeks. But when I asked if they had an appointment they didn’t tell me it was with this doctor. He was the worst doctor I’ve ever had. I’ve been in pain since Saturday cause I have IBS so wanted to see if they could give me meds for it or at least pain meds no this doctor comes in ask how I’m feeling and I tell him I was in so much pain and that I think my IBS was acting up and he says oh no it’s not IBS you just need to lose 30-50 lbs and the problems will go and I’m like I’ve had this since little, he’s like no trust me once you lose weight you’ll be good just take some probiotics. So he didn’t give me anything for what I went for he just prescribed diet pills. Right after I left in pain and super emotional I went straight to an urgent care and they found out I had IBD and had an ulcer and gave me several meds for it. Thanks to them it didn’t get worse. This is why I stay with only FEMALE doctors. Seriously all his page on IG pretty much make it seem like any issues women have is just cause they’re overweight which is NOT true!! Wouldn’t recommend him to anyone!
