I’ve been a patient here for about almost a week and I’ve had a great experience. The most memorable experience was my overnight Tech Amanda B. I was on the C building and she was everything a medical professional should be. She was patient, kind, and always made sure I had everything I needed. She was a delight for conversation and very polite. After I showered my bed was made and refreshed and my room was so clean. Brianna during the 2nd shift tech was as amazing as well. She kept my spirits up and made me laugh when I was alone in my room until my wife got here. Over all these ladies rocked.

I always hated the customer service I received here. I ended up not qualifying for their services because of my girlfriend’s unemployment. I started crying in front of the receptionist when she informed me of this and I’ve never felt so humiliated. Also, don’t make an appointment with anyone there when they first open because they’re not gonna answer the phone to let you in. My counselor and nurse practitioner were wonderful but I hope the receptionist figures out how to shut up when one of their patients cries because they can’t get the treatment they need anymore. I do still have refills on prescriptions but I’m not happy with the way I was treated in the waiting room. Also, I was only a patient here for about 3 months.

New doctor Nathan Smith is the worst at FW location! Multiple violations of lack for patient respect, concerns, personal space & boundaries. He chose to remove medications that other doctors have prescribed w/o courtesy discussion w/patient about medications prescribed by other doctors. Takes it upon himself to remove, dismiss, discontinue medications that still had refills. Never discussed the medications w/patient as to why patient is on them and needs them! Ignores patient medical issues, believes prayer is the answer over medications. Touches patients w/o permission or Patient Vincent, inducts prayer of his beliefs over patient belief/non belief while pretending he has the miracle of prayer touch to heal & make things better. He DOSEN’T. Didn’t ask if he could touch my shoulder to subject to his spiritual beliefs! Causes more harm than good to patient medical needs by removing other doctor prescriptions that he never bothered to discuss w/patient! He need to stop making changes to prescription that other doctors have prescribed that has now caused more harm than good because patient can no longer get her refills she still had from neurologist, eye doctor & other meds prescribed from past doctor. Dismissing other doctors prescriptions that are needed by patient. Has no consideration at all for patient wellbeing and medical prescription needs. Made his own judgment call based on his own spiritual & medication preferences. Refuses to correct medications he had no authority to change or remove w/o discussing w/patient first! Unethical approach, disrespectful & cares less for patient health. Wiped out more medications he had no authority to remove and patient needs. All the other doctors that prescribed medications know the patient history better, that had no issue w/the meds prescribed & meds already on! Worst doctor ever! A doctor is supposed to discuss changes & concerns w/patient before over stepping to discontinue what he never prescribed in the first place! Avoid Dr. Nathan Smith! Community Cate clinic was & had great doctors. Now, Dr. Nathan Smith has made it not a place to recommend to others. Makes patient feel ignored, dismissive & lacks patient respect & wellbeing, as well as uncomfortable during & after visit. Makes numerous phone calls to patient even after patient asked him to STOP CALLING! Complaint has been made svrl times & now a complaint to medical board ! Patient has now had to contact neurologist, eye doctor and other doctors that prescribed medications that Dr. Nathan Smith chose himself to remove & or change w/o patient input causing additional health risks being w/o medications that have always been prescribed by other doctors! Don’t go to Dr. Nathan Smith!! He doesn’t discuss , doesn’t ask, crossed personal boundaries & space. He will touch w/o permission to pray regardless if you want it or not! If god was all healing then I wouldn’t need the prescriptions the other doctors put me on!! Many ethical violations ! Has no respect for patients or their beliefs either. Prayer has no place in the doctors office unless the patient specifically asked for!! I have now had to change pharmacy to prevent Dr. Nathan Smith from interfering with the care & my wellbeing other doctors are providing! All bro cause he wants the last day over medications. FYI all the doctors I’ve been seeing for multiple reasons have now gone to replace the medications that Dr. Nathan Smith took upon himself to remove! He had no business to change prescriptions or discontinue my prescriptions by other doctors!!
