I’ve been coming here for almost 3 years, since I was an adolescent and am almost legal now. Everytime I’ve come in my experience has been so welcoming. All of the staff are funny, respectful, and PROFESSIONAL. Atp I’m pretty well known but to anyone who has had or has a bad experience. It’s you. Your mood makes a lasting impression on those around you. Smile, crack a joke with your physician for gods sake. Anyways so so so much love to Cindy, she’s the first doctor who takes the time to understand her patient’s diagnosis and needs following. She’s also very accommodating to patients who have vigorous work schedules and who can only email/telehealth. (Speaking from my mom’s experience.) Cindy was also the lead doctor in diagnosing my mom with type 1 after a life time of not having any diabetic health issues. She’s great at what she does and id recommend her for anyone’s pcp. I have been going to White settlement family clinic for many years at least 10. I love my Dr and I love the staff that is working with her. They have added a new girl Shea GOSNEY. And she has been absolutely great pleasant to be around very nice. I have always been satisfied thank you Debbie Arnold.

DO NOT GO HERE. I have had nothing but issues since I started coming here. 1. On July 28, 2026, I had an office visit to have my testosterone levels checked so I could renew my prescriptions, along with other blood tests. Not all of the requested testing was completed, so I had to return on August 4, 2026, to finish the remaining tests—tests that should have been completed during my original visit. 2. On August 11, 2026, White Settlement Family Medicine rejected a prescription request from my pharmacy, stating that I did not have an appointment for these prescriptions. This is incorrect. I had an office visit on July 28, 2026, specifically related to renewing my prescriptions. I was then told that the July 28 visit was a physical, which is also incorrect. I had already completed my physical prior to May 24, 2026. The communication and follow-up have also been extremely frustrating. Good luck getting ahold of anyone when you call as well. I have attached screenshots documenting these issues as proof. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this medical office.
I was looking for a new Dr office, since mine no longer takes my insurance. I have been at my previous Dr for almost 20 years, I hate the idea of having to find a new Dr!!!! But, after I found out that FOUR of my friends go to this office, I decided to give them a call. After just one call with this office, I knew why all of my friends go here! I finally felt at ease with finding a new Dr. When I called , the office manager was very helpful and kind. I gave her the name of my insurance and she let me know they do not take my insurance, I was very upset that I can't find a Dr office in my area that take my insurance. Shea said she would speak to the Dr and see if they were taking cash patients, or what other options I might have. When she called me back to inform me of my options, she also gave me a resource to help me find a Dr that was in network. I wish there were more people who are as helpful and kind.
