Don't go here if you're trying to establish new care. The doctor is great, but the staff does a horrible job of explaining or lack of explaining what will happen. In order to get preventative work done you need to establish care as a new patient (which they charge and arm and a leg for), you then get blood work done which is general new patient blood work. Those do not count as your preventative care and biometric screening like most offices. They then call you back for a follow-up to go over your blood work, which is an additional cost. THEN you are able to get your screening done after you've spent almost $300 out of pocket. Even the insurance mentioned they have never seen an office operate like this. Fair warning, as they don't mention then until you have been charged for the services. Instead of being professional in their explanation they mentioned they went back to hear the recording after they hung up on me while I was on hold. They say they explained everything to me, but they were not clear in their delivery. Lastly, they try to get you to do a google review to boost their ratings. Response to owner: If you strive for transparency and are thorough in explanations, then there wouldn’t be any confusion. What you are doing is SCAMMING individuals that are not aware of your protocol. Maybe your patients should use their insurance provider reviews because they are terrible on the UHC site, 2.6 stars. So my fault for trusting Google when your office clearly tries to inflate reviews by begging for them. But we will make sure you’re blasted in our neighborhood Facebook pages AND the surrounding neighborhoods.

I had a very positive experience at this primary care office. The staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. Dr. Vishal Nemargommula took time to listen carefully to my concerns, answered my questions thoroughly, and never made me feel rushed. He was very kind, professional and easy to talk to. I especially appreciated how respectful and understanding everyone was during my visit. The office was clean, organized, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. It can be stressful going to a new doctor, but they made the experience much easier than I expected.
Very nice customer service it was a very pleasant visit of what I was dreading to be bad news. Every single nurse had a great attitude and made me feel very comfortable and welcomed. I’m glad I found this place and it’s only 5 minutes away from me. Plus they do IV therapy!!! Also the receptionist were awesome Andrea, Jen, Delilah were so nice to my kids they gave them Christmas light up necklaces because my kids asked for stickers. Great people
