I have been seeing Dr Bratsch and NP Amber Walls for many years now - Dr Bratsch for about 14 years and Ms Walls for about 6 years. I love the level of care and the concern they have for their patients so much that even after moving or during periods of my life that my insurance was out of network, I still would never leave them. Dr Bratsch is my primary but I often see Ms Walls if he is unavailable and I’m just as happy to be treated by her. They are both kind, compassionate people who apparently believe the patient knows what is best for them, which is so refreshing. I have had many other doctors post 2020, when. I had a severe bicycle accident that left me permanently disabled. I can tell you that many doctors do not listen to patients. They think they know what is best for you even when it is contrary to what you think is best, but not so at this practice. Which is why I will always come here.

We've been seeing Dr. Bratsch since last year. Our prior doctor retired, so we were very nervous about finding another physician. After trying one doctor who simply refused to treat conditions for which we've been under care for decades, we finally found Dr. Bratsch. He's amazing. Warm, funny, highly knowledgeable, and a joy to work with. Visits are quick when they need to be quick and he takes time if it's needed as well. Just an outstanding professional. His staff has been great as well. It may take a few weeks to get into see him on occasion, but it's more than worth the wait. The web portal is easy to use as well. We couldn't be happier.
I’ve been a patient of Dr. Bratsch’s for over twelve years, following him to four locations. I feel special and heard at each appointment. Catalina, his medical assistant, is an absolute delight. Also don’t hesitate to make appointments with his nurse practitioners. They are so good.
Dr. Bratsch is very knowledgeable, believes in both western medicine and holistic medicine. He's great with seniors, listens well and very personable. He welcomes family members joining in with their loved ones. In addition, he has a great personality and explains things very well which makes it easy to understand. I had a very disappointing experience with this office. I arrived 20 minutes early for my appointment, yet I was left waiting for over an hour with no explanation. No one had the courtesy to let me know the doctor was running late until I asked multiple times what was going on. Only then did they casually mention the delay. When I asked to reschedule, I was told the next available appointment wouldn’t be for another 3.5 months—completely unacceptable. I requested a refund and will be finding a different, more professional doctor who respects their patients’ time. Extremely poor communication and lack of professionalism.
