This doctor is very good, I came in for my annual physical and he did a thorough checkup and even addressed family history for issues that may arise in the future. It was not rushed and time was well spend checking vital organs for potential concerns. I appreciate that.
My first appointment was months after I needed to see him. I had never been to his office before so my that brought me parked at Presbyterian and he had to push my wheelchair over the sky bridge to the correct building. There’s a 15 minute grace period I made it 2 minutes after and was denied my appointment! My appointment was then set months after that now there’s an insurance issue NO THANKS! You’ve shown me clearly I’m not welcome there!
Since we moved to Dallas in 2021, Dr. Wu has been my (and my husband’s) primary care physician. We are very satisfied with his service: very professional, patient, and thorough. With his busy schedules, he even called us after his office hours, we are so moved by what he did for us.
My husband and I are both delighted with Dr Wu and his entire staff. He is truly terrific! Extremely professional and thorough. Takes his time and always pleasant. The staff are all friendly, caring, just amazing! Strongly recommend this practice. We feel blessed to have found Dr Wu .
Dr. Wu is literally the best doctor I have ever been to. I recommend him to everyone I talk to when medical issues come up. He has listened to me and even at times indulged in my nonstop questions about how certain medications work. I trust him with my life!
