I've been seeing Dr. Roullard for about 8 months now. Since the beginning she has been an advocate for me in my care helping to connect me with the appropriate specialists, always believing me when I tell her something is off in my body, etc. I am not a particularly easy patient. I've had some difficult experiences and because of this can have some extra needs with my healthcare professionals. She has consistently navigated these things with kindness and patience. Most recently, while navigating the aftermath of an especially difficult situation, she partnered with me in my care and treatment in such a way that I actually felt held AND empowered. This level of care also extends beyond Dr. Roullard. Her office staff has gone above and beyond as well. I needed a medication that had a very small window of time for effective use; her staff called numerous pharmacies until they found one with the medication in stock. I don't know who has curated the entire team experience but they did an excellent job. So, overall, difficult patient approved.

Dr. Roullard is hands down the best provider I’ve ever seen, in any specialty. She is genuinely the most caring but also knowledgeable doctor and SO kind and patient!
I have been seeing Dr. Roullard for a little over two years and she restored my faith in the medical system. She has always listened to me and taken my concerns seriously and she has never once made me feel like I did not know my body best or that I was being dramatic. She truly trusts her patients to know what is best for them and she is more than willing to provide education to help you make informed decisions. She truly uses her ability as a physician to help break down barriers for her patients and to help them access the care that they need. She is always extremely responsive through the portal (often less than 24 hours) and I don’t feel like I have to fight to be heard. I have referred so many friends and even clients of mine to see her and everyone raves about how wonderful she is, she is truly a rare gem and she has a way of always making you feel like the most important person in the world!
I drive 45 minutes from my quiet home in the mid-cities all the way into the chaos of Dallas because Dr. Roullard is worth it. I’ve been with her for almost four years and I so appreciate her attention to detail and her efforts to really work with the individual to make sure the plan of care works for them. Also, her office staff has always been stellar!
Dr Roullard is kind, extremely knowledgeable, very accepting, and listens with respect and patience to my neurodivergent teen.
