I need to make a formal complaint on your front desk representative Anna. I called multiple times today and spoke with Anna. She put me on hold multiple times and hung up on me multiple times. When I came into the office she talked with people in front of me and made copies of their documents for over 15 mins. She got loud with me and very disrespect to me. She told me I would need to reschedule I said that’s fine could I speak with the doctor to make a complaint. She said she’s still not going to see you. So loudly the other patients were surprised. She never got the doctor and said the doctor doesn’t have time. She said Dr. See said herself she won’t be talking to me today. I had to ask her for the paperwork that I needed without her offering in order to reschedule my appointment. Anna doesn’t need to handle any patient if she’s unable to communicate efficiently without personal attitudes. This is a business not only that but healthcare and she is very unprofessional.

I’m writing to express my concern regarding the referral process and the level of service I’ve recently experienced. Two weeks ago, I received a call from your office stating that I needed to schedule a colonoscopy. I was told that the referral would be handled, but as of today, I still have not received any follow-up communication. When I called to check on the status, I was surprised to be given a referral for an OB/GYN instead, which is completely unrelated to the original request. I’m very disappointed with the lack of follow-through and attention to detail. Delays in care and miscommunication like this are incredibly frustrating and concerning, especially when it comes to preventive health screenings. I expect a higher level of coordination and responsiveness from your team.

I have just started with Dr King and I really like her. I'm sorry about the problems some other reviewers have had. My first visit went very smoothly, I was able to ask all the questions I had and she answered them all. The staff was friendly and pleasant to deal with. I didn't feel ignored or rushed. My prescription was promptly called into my pharmacy. I had blood work taken while I was there, which I liked a lot more than having to take paperwork to a lab somewhere to have it done. Dr King and I discussed what referrals I would need for the specialists I needed to see. She took her time with me and I found her to be very professional, courteous and I appreciated her patience, as I had a lot of questions. I have no trouble recommending her and her staff.

I have been a patient of Dr. Karen King since the early 2000’s. Dr. Karen King is the best and has always been a caring, kind, informative, very personable, down to earth and genuine doctor. I am glad that I have been a patient of hers for all these years. She did sell her practice and only sees patients on certain days of the week and I have seen a lot of staff changes through out the years. Dr. King’s staff is always nice, pleasant, and caring. Upon my last visits, Dr. King was not available to see me, but I met with Sam and he was very patient, kind and informative. He is very focused on patient care and the overall well being of his patients, which I appreciate. He welcomed all my questions and concerns and took his time explaining everything very well. Edna is very nice, sweet and detail oriented – she is awesome, Edna has been there for quite some years now, so its always nice to see her when I visit the office. Pat is also caring, nice and detailed, I have met with her twice over the years. On my most recent visit, I met the new front office staff and a few other staff members I hadn’t met before. Liz and Ana at the front desk are really nice, they are very patient, really welcoming once you step thru the door and even when you are leaving, they have great/pleasant attitudes, they are caring, very accommodating, and they do a great job at handling the front office. Joann whom took my vitals and notes on my symptoms, was very nice and welcoming and was also really detail oriented. I also spoke with a billing specialist for Dr. King’s office who’s name is Riaz. He was very nice, detailed and accommodating. Riaz was able to provide me with a detailed receipt that I needed and was very patient and informative each time we spoke over the phone. Also the Phlebotomist is really nice, I don't know here name, but she is very gentle/caring and never has an issue with drawing my blood. Overall, I am glad that Dr. King has a great team/staff at her office and commend them all for a job well done. I recommend Dr. King and her team/staff to anyone looking for a Doctor/medical team.
