They helped me get my appointments scheduled ASAP for my x-rays and breast ultrasound the same day, which took so much stress off my shoulders. Dr. Rojan Kohli was also amazing. He made me feel so comfortable, listened to all my concerns, and really took his time with me. We even scheduled a 3-month follow-up appointment to start working on scar treatments with radio frequency and microneedling after my breast augmentation. Overall, such a professional, caring, and friendly team. I truly appreciated everyone there and highly recommend Lakewood Primary Care!

Before my annual physical, I sent my doctor a message regarding side effects I was experiencing from a new medication. She responded that we would discuss it during my upcoming appointment. When I arrived, I checked in and confirmed that I was there for my annual physical. After being taken to the exam room, I noticed the equipment for a physical exam had already been set up. When my doctor came in, I began discussing the medication side effects. During our conversation, she realized she was unaware that the other physician had changed my medication, which was surprising and concerning to me. We continued discussing the medication as well as another health concern I had. At the end of the conversation, she closed her laptop, stood up, and left the room. I left as well, assuming the appointment was complete. Once I got outside the office, I realized that I had not received my blood work. I went back inside to ask about it. The doctor told me that we had spent 15 minutes discussing my concerns and had used up the appointment time. I explained that I had confirmed at check-in that I was there for my annual physical. She said she had not been aware of that. She then offered to fit me in after seeing her next three patients, but I did not have time to wait. She also offered to reschedule the physical for the following month, but by that point I declined. The entire experience was frustrating and disappointing. I left feeling that there was a breakdown in communication between the office staff and the physician, and I was disappointed that my annual physical was not completed despite being scheduled and confirmed. This experience has made me very reluctant to return to this practice or to trust my care to any of the providers there.
Honestly, one of the best doctor experiences I've ever had! Dr. Kohli is fantastic—he really takes the time to listen and genuinely cares about you as a person. The staff was super friendly, the facilities are top-notch, and I barely had to sit in the waiting room. Everything was smooth, easy, and thorough. 10/10!
