The nurse and the doctor were both incredibly kind, caring, and professional. They made me feel comfortable and took the time to listen to my concerns. I also want to recognize the staff member who helped me with the check-out. She spoke to me in Spanish, my native language, and that meant so much to me. It made me feel welcomed, understood, and truly cared for. The laboratory visit was also excellent. The process was quick, and the lady who assisted me was very kind and efficient. Most importantly, I would like to recognize the doctor. He was absolutely outstanding—knowledgeable, compassionate, patient, and professional. He is, without a doubt, one of the best physicians I have ever had. I would rate my entire experience 10 out of 10. Thank you to everyone for providing such exceptional care.

I saw Dr Soto as a first time patient. He was efficient, friendly, and caring. His MA was helpful and caring as well. I felt like I was in good hands. There was a bit of a wait at the lab. Lab personnel came out to apologize, offered alternatives if desired, and in general made us all feel more comfortable. It was a great clinic experience overall.
This was one of the best healthcare experiences I have had. Short wait time and exceptional staff. Dr. Elena Zamora and her intern Noralis Rodriguez were attentive, engaging and informative. I'm looking forward to addressing my future healthcare needs at UT Physicians.
My UT Physician Dr. Wang is the best. She is complete, trustworthy and make you feel important during each visit.
Karen at the checkout desk demonstrates a rushy and semi-aggressive attitude to patients trying to check out. She does not listen and did not effectively sign me in to get my labs done after telling me that she would after seeing the doctor. I had to check in a second time at the machine, so that my name can be called after waiting 15 mins. During my checkout process she aggressively and confusingly interjected while discussing with Mary (the other checkout lady) regarding my referral appointment to see a specialist. She was very off with what she thought she did prior, during my interaction earlier (it appears she thought she checked me out but did not, which conveys that she did not really sign me in to get my labs done). I find her to be very unpleasant, inpatient, and unprofessional. She needs further employee training and needs to stop presenting an inner and outer aggressive demeanor.
