It turned out that new patients can only be scheduled for mid-March. My case is urgent - I even have a referral from an urgent care doctor - but that didn’t seem to matter to either of the two administrators I spoke with. This was supposed to be my first visit to a doctor in the U.S. I’ve heard a lot about the healthcare system here, but realizing that you must first “earn” the right to no longer be a new patient before you can get timely help is shocking. I understand this may not be unique to this clinic and could be a broader system issue, but it’s still disappointing and stressful when you need care and can’t get it quickly. Upd. I just called the clinic to cancel my appointment with the doctor and they didn't find it. Either they canceled it after my review, or they just couldn't handle recording me when I called in February…
Dr. Rao has been wonderful. I've been her patient for 10 years. She is very thorough, knowledgable and approachable. I like the smaller scale office, caring atmosphere as well. The staff is also nice. They get back to your questions and concerns usually within 24 hours. I highly recommend her.

Dr Fite provides great care. He listens, he explains and is knowledgeable. I am glad I found him about 7 years ago. I had to find another Dr for a couple of years because of insurance. However, when insurance changed, I was able to return.
