It’s quite sad to have to leave a mediocre review. If you advocate for yourself and your time this office will no longer see you and family members. All was well with some hiccups along the way. We had to get the office manager involved when: 1. The first PA and his staff was not responding to the pharmacy for refills. Doctors put patients on medication for a reason. But when you are left with empty bottles for weeks and they do not adequately respond in the portal there is a problem. So we had to speak with admin. 2. Paperwork for my adult daughter’s wheelchair sat on the desk of the PA. Communication in the portal was… he will fill it out on xyz date numerous times. We spoke with admin and it was filled out, but incorrectly. 3. I had a 9am appt. An appt that should’ve taken about 10 min because it was a follow-up. I sat in the room for 30 min while I listened to the PA laughing and having conversation with staff for quite some time. My time is valuable and was supposed to be a clients home at 10am. At 9:30ish I walked out of the room and calmly said, my time is valuable and listening to him cutting up out here is unacceptable. Please refund my money and I’d like speak with admin. The asst when to the back and said they would be out here shortly. I said I don’t have time for this just refund my money. Customer service is important and I will not let my clients down or be late. I received a letter in the portal saying I am no longer a patient. BUT….. not only did they cut ties with me. They sent the same letter to my husband with diabetes AND my adult daughter with Cerebral Palsy. They were not there, they had nothing to do with my appt. It’s fine to cut ties with me. But now my daughter and husband who are on a lot of medication (some virtually lifesaving) need to find a new doctor. There was zero reason to do this to them! Bottom line… keep your mouth shut. Do not advocate for yourself or your family will suffer.
