Scheduling is very easy. The staff has always been friendly. The nurse practitioner Elisa Gerdes is easy to talk to. She responds to messages in a timely manner, as well as updates you right away on blood work etc. She's patient, accommodating, professional and knowledgeable. She listens, informs and educates her patients. Highly recommended
