My video appointment was very easy to schedule, and I was given several times slots to choose from. I was kept informed about any changes to the appointment and was even able to have the appointment earlier than expected. I never felt rushed during the visit and the doctor took the time to ask about my overall well-being after addressing the reason for my call. The entire process was seamless and very positive.
Texas Health Family Care, Dr. Ethan Chandler and the entire Team are absolutely amazing! We began as new patients after moving here from out of town, but never felt like new patients. They have exceeded our expectations for our medical care! But also, they reflect a love for their jobs and each other in a very visible and inspiring way, noticeable immediately. We place each of them above 5 stars and value them so greatly!
Dr. Chandler is a wonderful caring doctor who listens to his patients. He is willing to look at all possible solutions to a problem and never judges them or makes them feel like he is better than them. I highly recommend him.
Texas Health Family Care has been great. I love the app that they have so you can communicate, make appointments or see your health history, medications etc. I also love that I can do a virtual visit if I need to. Staff is amazing!
