I called at 12pm at night Having severe symptoms as a UTI they were able to schedule me in right away quick and promptly everyone here is nice and caring. Wow! Decided to switch my mother's care over from her doctor of 25 years to Adeeba Akhtar and wow. Very efficient, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly staff. The doctor was amazing. She has that presence when she gets in the room that she knows what she is doing and no matter what is going on, she is gonna get to the bottom of it. Pays attention to detail and doesn't miss anything important. She also cares about the way the patient feels which I think is the most important thing.
unfortunately there is not bellow one star to give it to them. This clinic one of the worst you can deal or find, managed by unprofessional Pakistani team, doctor's husband his name Muhammad and the billing lady her name Catherine. Every time I visit the clinic and ask them how much I have to pay they will say nothing then after couple months I received a big bill and when I call neither Mohamad or Catherine are wouldn't want to fix it. They add wrong Code to charge you and your health insurance a high bill.... I want to update this after the owner response... first of all 1. you are here in my country, I’ve been dealing with many clinics no one did what y’all did. 2. You need to educate your self with customer services, and start with the clinic staff first which they are mentioned to all customers about and your clinic.
