Everyone is so caring and attentive, and Dr. Shelby is truly amazing. I have never had a doctor who listens and pays attention the way she does. One of the biggest things for me is the follow-up. If they prescribe you something, they don’t just send you on your way—they check in a couple days later to see how you’re doing and whether you’re having symptoms or side effects. That level of care is rare. I’m not comfortable with phone calls, so I really appreciate that they communicate through text. We text back and forth and they respond promptly—no waiting days for your doctor to get back to you. And if I message that I’m not feeling good, Dr. Shelby will get on a call with me as soon as she can and send whatever I need to the pharmacy quickly. Everything moves fast and you feel supported. I’ve been to the ER multiple times and they couldn’t figure out what was going on. We’re still working on answers, but Dr. Shelby has been relentless in the best way—ordering tests, digging deep, and doing everything possible to get to the bottom of it. She’s doing her job and then some, and I’m so grateful. 100/10 recommend Tailored MD. I trust them so much that I’m signing up my employees too. Truly, truly amazing.

The cost was so affordable compared to other options I researched, and I would come back in a heartbeat if need be. I highly recommend working with them.
