If I could leave an infinite amount of stars I would! My two kids have received care from both Doctors Carrie and Connie over their inconsistent visits in the past 3 years +/-. Everytime they have gone I have noticed immediate changes in their behavior, abilities, and existing areas that needed work. I had never heard of Osteopathy, until recommended by an IBCLC. I'm telling you, just go. Thus far, our kids have only received services and Lord willing the parents will be added to the mix (insert smile). I wanted more "tests" before signing me and my husband up as he was skeptical thinking "maybe all those great things with the 1st kid was coincidence". It is by the grace of God that if I listed the dramatic changes in both of them after visit(s), it would wow you! The most recent is that I noticed one of my children having a hard time rolling from back to belly. Several months later, we visited with Dr. Connie... guess what? The little self had a tilted pelvis and NOW my child rolls EFFORTLESSLY and QUICKLY! All glory to God and the hands of Dr. Connie being used. Needless to say that test I mentioned earlier was passed with flying colors. Lord willing, we will be signing up soon. I am grateful for the efficiency of the office ladies. They make us feel at home and are SO gracious, patient, and pleasant. Each of them are special to me. The care provided feels so niche as it is very different than other providers. Our most recent visits have been with Dr. Connie and her bedside manners, with little ones, is top notch. My "little bean" even said her name and pointed back to the door, to enter building again. Oh and the puzzle table is an absolute joy. I say all of this to say.... Consider Speece Family Medicine in place of whatever other complimentary therapy you may be receiving. Even with the price increase, the care is worth EVERY DOLLAR. Pray, and realign your priorities if you think it's too much. Every visit I've had with Speece Family Medicine has been successful! My daughter was treated because she had difficulty reading and walking. She reads well and walks with NO assistance, and this within 3 months of the 1st visit. My headaches (which were daily!) may occur only several times a year now. All I can say is Thank You!! with all my heart. My family has been blessed by your practice!
I recently started seeing Dr. Connie Speece after my mother saw her for years and her father Dr. Conrad Speece. I saw my mother regularly found so much comfort, and increased energy when seeing Dr. Connie, and I know she got the same from Dr. Conrad. A friend is also overwhelmingly satisfied with their partner/sister/daughter Dr. Carrie Penniston. Mom saw her once that I witnessed and she was bouncing along afterward, so "Go Carrie". Now, for me? Dr. Connie is boosting my recovery during rehab of a surgically repaired quadraceps tendon. I can really notice a difference in how I respond to physical therapy and how much faster I am regaining muscle mass after atrophy during 3 months of total isolation or slighly progressive range of motion. Recovery from PT is also better. I will keep going after the knee is fully recovered and will not hesitate to see any of the doctors when Dr. Connie is on vacation. How about 8 stars out of 5?!?!?
