Stone Oak Family Practice is superb in all aspects of health care. Starting with Dr Ramirez, whose kind and caring manner puts one at ease. He does make us feel like family and treats us like it. But on top of that, he is most knowledgeable in his diagnosis and treatment plans. He also takes time to explain specifics. All of his staff reflect his high quality care in their demeanor and efficiently. I would highly recommend Dr Stephen Ramirez and staff.
Absolutely a terrible doctor and agree with other reviews, he always rush you in and out. A week after my yearly labs I went in for the follow up in which his nurse try to draw blood again but I refused, clearly they don’t read any files; he described my labs as perfect yet still wanted to see me every 6 months for no apparent medical reason and probably just to make more money. A month prior my wife went in for her yearly physical and mentioned she had an ovarian cyst and had pain for which he try to prescribe her antidepressants as he told her the pain was all in her head. And my daughter also went in for a physical and they punctured her multiple times and gave her an hematoma on her arm and sent her to quest cause they are not well trained in Phlebotomy. Needless to say all my family will not go back to this doctor.
Today was my second visit to this office and the visit was phenomenal, the staff is so friendly and very kind. Highly recommend Dr. Ramirez he is very detailed in his diagnosis and very kind & caring. Highly recommend this Doctor & staff.
Dr Ramirez and staff are simply the BEST!! My husband and I have been going to him for year and now our four daughters go to him as well. One of our daughters is on her "concierge medicine" plan. It has been perfect for her. His staff, office and follow up have been amazing. I definitely give him and his entire staff a 5 star review!1
we’ve been seeing Dr. Ramirez for about 5 years now, and we love him and Callie (his PA!) i truly tell everyone that im so lucky to have them and that they are geniuses! his staff is always consistent, kind, and on top of refill requests/paper work/ and all communication. we moved to Houston last year and still come to town to see him. forever thankful for the way they practice medicine!!!
