I had an excellent experience with Dr. Warren and her staff. Everyone was friendly, professional, and thorough. Dr. Warren was calm, attentive, and took the time to listen to all of my concerns. I never felt rushed, and she made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. I truly appreciated how well she listened and explained things. I left feeling confident that I was in good hands. Everyone on Dr. Patrick Pierre's staff is to be commended! Front office efficient with 3 people ahead of me. Co-pay processes quickly. Place in exam room quickly vitals and info verify quickly. MA walked out & NP walked in. Francis Nardaiz, PA, was cordial, professional, listened and responded to my questions. I was able p/u my Rx same day and set up an Ultrasound & Ortho appt. in the next 2 days... unheard of!! Bloodwork was done quickly, with zero pain.
Dr Warren and NP Lucio are fantastic. They are super knowledgeable and take their time with their patients. They do everything they can to assure we’re on the best path to health. The nurses and receptionists are kind, efficient and friendly. Each visit is a great experience from start to finish. I can even get lab work done in office. I highly recommend this office.
The staff expressed concern and patience in assessing my situation and response in a timely manner to schedule a virtual meeting with the nurse practitioner who also discussed my concerns and advised a follow up visit for further evaluation.
