I wish I could be more worthy of time and not have to wait half the day to be called back. Also their phlebotomy techs have no people skills and are very inconsistent with confidence.
The service is great, the staff are very friendly and professional. My new Doctor is spot on with my health care and needs. I very much would and will refer as many people I can. Thank you for great service.
Shoutout to the girls at the front desk! I walked in with a brutal headache and fever, and they were so welcoming and helpful right away. The medical assistants were top-notch too—very thorough and professional. It’s rare to find a clinic where every single person you interact with is this friendly and organized.
My appointment was at 8:30 and it took an hour to be called in, then it took another hour for the doctor to come in, when he finally did he asked if I had insurance and I said yes and they took me back to the front and tried to offer me services that I didn’t need or asked for, at this point I had almost been there 3 hours and nothing was done. I choosed to leave because the staff were rude and unprofessional,I just ended up wasting my time and not get anything done.
