I love Dr. Lopez and the staff here .Dr Lopez listens and addresses all my concerns and has the friendliest bedside manner you could ask for .Your needs are met..The staff is over the top..I even have a home nurse thru Alpha Care she come weekly to check on me and she's the best Overall my affiliation with Dr. Lopez has made Dr visits healthy and happy
i had an occassion today after my normal scheduled visit to go in to have a paper filled out and an injecction...Let me tell you it wa so quick and turnaround time was minutes... I also noticed signs in the office that Doc now has 2 LOCATIONS !!! thats awesome on commerce I believe you would haveto verify.. Dr has many awards and recognitions of excellence and now a 2nd location...Kudos Dr Lopez...youre the best andso is the staff
It's dirty. Staff is on the phone when supposed to be working. Very unprofessional.
Absolutely horrible office staff. Rude and continuously putting me on hold and never called me back to schedule my appointment. The Doctors here are amazing but staff is the worst and I've been using them for five years
Being a registered nurse myself I am absolutely appalled and disgusted by the horrible service of this facility. Called to make an appt for my family and they refused to speak to me and said it had to be my husband who they then proceeded to hang up on. My husband gets treated badly every time he goes and now I have experienced it for myself, I have filed a complaint with The Health and Human Services Commission because this type of service should never be allowed in the healthcare community.
