This was our second time here, they had no paperwork or consents on file. My mom brought my children to their first visit and mentioned something about the Dr being very rude and said he was going to make my kids leave. I over looked that but when I took my children today, I now understand. The only positive thing I have to say is the the lady at the front desk was very polite and helpful. The rest of the staff was rude - nurse and doctor Nurse questioned my son without my consent & me present. My child went for a check up and a bump popped up yesterday, nurse stated I would need to pick one and make another appointment for the other issue. Nurse was very rude regarding other concerns for medication refills. Stating I would need to make an appointment for refills. Dr Kevin Kuenstler , was rude to my children, did exam and didn't show concern for any obvious issues such as my son's ears. Definitely doesn't care about his patients. Do not recommend, will be looking for a new office that actually cares about their patients.

★ 4.6 · 58 reviewsOur family has seen Dr. Kuenstler for well over 20 years and have always thought the world of him. Unfortunately that has not always been the case with his staff. They have had, in the past, a high turn over with employees, for good cause, some of them didn't know what they were doing and had no desire to learn particularly when it came to patient care. Now the visit I recently had went smoothly and the staff seemed professional and pleasant. I hope it continues down this path. Again, we can't start to tell you what Dr. Kuenstler has meant to our family over the years, we love him and it would take a lot for us to seek care elsewhere.
After going through so many pediatric offices for my kids, I was surprised at how much they actually care for my children here at this clinic. Most pediatric offices I been to don't even show half the amount of concern that this office does for my babies. Dr kuenstler always follows up with us and the after-hours office is quick to answer the phone and tend to our needs as efficient as possible when I need them. I'm so glad to have found this office. Best one yet. They genuinely care about their patients. I would recommend them %100.
Dr. Kuenstler is an Excellent Doctor and an honorable family man who has been the primary care doctor for me and my family for the last 16-17 years. He diagnosed my cancer early enough that meaningful treatment was possible. He will be my Primary care doctor for as long as I live.
We have been with Dr. Kuenstler for many years. We have further and further away through those years, and we can't imagine going to anyone else, even though it's easily a 45 minute drive on a good day. It's very obvious he cares deeply for his patients, as do his Physician Assistants.
