Does anyone work here? Why don’t they answer their phones. They kept telling me that they sent my blood order to get blood taken out only for it to have never been sent. They kept insisting and were being impatient. Service is just terrible. And the phone system? Just say you don’t like talking to your patients. Thanks for nothing
I am honestly surprised by the reviews on here. I've been a patient here for two years and the NP Amy is great. She's quick, thorough, and straight to the point. The front office staff is friendly and easy to communicate with. The nurses are always super sweet. They DO primarily run the office with nurse practitioners so if you don't want to see an NP you should probably go somewhere else.
I was a little leary of this place at first because I went in for an annual exam. With an annual exam there aren’t too many questions asked and I felt like this was going to be like all the other doctors I’ve seen. I emailed NP Amy Weaver after my results came in and let her know what I was feeling, and she responded right away and had me come in for testing. They figured out what was wrong and got me all fixed up. NP Amy Weaver was very informative, and gave me options. She listened and spent more time with me than any other doctor I have seen in the past. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The lady that does the blood work is super nice and funny. This will also be my daughters doctor. Doctors always made me feel crazy, and I hated going. I can honestly say NP Amy Weaver changed my mind. I am thankful for this facility.
For the life of me I cannot understand the bad reviews. I have been bringing my Mother here for the past year and couldn’t be happier. Everyone seems to go out of their way to accommodate every need. Have received the best referrals. Wait time is minimal. I really could go on and on. A big thank you to all the staff from my Mother and myself. Keep up the great work!
I love this office. The staff is very friendly and professional. I have seen Amy Weaver and Kim Marie-Troutman and both of them have taken care of my needs. It is easy to get an appointment quickly as there are multiple doctors and FNPs available. The only down side is that they don't take refills requests from the pharmacy so you have to call or make an appointment. I have insurance and they got me in quick so that wasn't really a problem for me.
