★ 4.2 · 31 reviewsDr. Kosarac was caring and thorough giving me an annual physical. She asked inciteful questions, listened to me, asked questions to make sure I had gone to my dentist, eye doctor, and cardiologist.
Dr.Pence is amazing! But the office lady was extremely rude. I had an appointment at10:45 I called to make sure I could still be seen if I arrived a couple minutes late. I’ve been sick for a week with a stomach bug and because I felt so sick I forgot to pack my boy his lunch so I had to go drop it off before my appointment that’s the reason I was late. When I called I was told I would still be seen and that I had a 15 minute grace period. I arrived at 10:55 and as soon as I walked in the ladies said the one in charge had just told them to cancel my appointment. I told them what about the 15 minute grace period and the lady in charge came out with the meanest face and an attitude saying “I understand but your appointment was at 10:45” and that supposedly the doctor had to leave. If she had to leave then why allow a 10:45 time slot then?? I asked if I could be seen by another doctor and she made an ugly face and said all I have is something at 3 if you want to come back. That didn’t work for me because I have to pick up my son at school. I said no that’s didn’t work for me. And she just said ok. She didn’t even bother to apologize. That is no way to treat a person especially when they’re not feeling well! If you cannot abide by the 15 minute grace period then don’t lie to your patients when they have the decency to call to notify and make sure they can still be seen!!

I’m not new to Kosorac, been going there for a while. I made this most recent appointment months in advance because I wanted to discuss some health issues I’d been having. When I was in the room, the nurses told me I was limited to two issues; she had other patients to see. When the doctor came in, I felt incredibly rushed and not heard, just referred. I won’t be going back. My husband who had a similar experience a few days prior will also not be returning.
