Houston Methodist West is the best hospital in Texas! My primary care physician, Dr. Insia Hashmi, is the best doctor I have had in my 46 years. After moving to Texas three years ago, I visited several providers while searching for the right primary care physician. None compared to Dr. Hashmi’s attentiveness, compassion, and ability to truly listen and understand my concerns. Beyond my primary care experience, the staff throughout the entire hospital is A1. I am not usually a big talker, but I often find myself having long, enjoyable conversations with the staff. Everyone is cheerful, welcoming, and incredibly easy to talk to. I would highly recommend Houston Methodist West Hospital to anyone looking for exceptional healthcare and a genuinely caring team! Also, unfortunately, I had to visit the ER recently. The whole visit took four hours in and out that’s including x-rays CAT scans bloodwork you name it. I have never visited in the ER and was out in 4hrs start to finish.

Both of us have had some serious medical issues, and she has helped us immensely. Actually I don’t know what we would have done without her. The nurses in her office are all wonderful, kind and efficient, and the front desk is friendly and helpful. I love how clean the place is too. There is a lab attached to Primary Care, so if you require lab work you can get it on the way out. The lab is also great, and I no longer dread blood draws! In fact all of Methodist West is excellent including Imaging, Physical Therapy and the Cancer Center. I’ve been a patient at one time or another in all of them and highly recommend the medical care there.
Dr. Momin has been my doctor for about 14 years. She is always very attentive and suggests ideas of how to handle my health the best. She monitors my blood work and has made sure I am on the right medications. I couldn't ask for a better doctor to handle my care and health.
I was extremely impressed with my medical visit at at Houston Methodist Primary Care Group where my primary physician Maria Agustina Cerana M.D. now works. Everyone from receptionists to nurses assisting Dr. Cerena were very respectful, polite and caring.
I visited Dr Tomasco for the first time. She was great. She was personable and friendly. She listened to my medical history and asked good questions. Super easy to talk to .
