Don't recommend this place at all please save yourself the trouble & don't come here really unorganized staff & doctors . Got called in for an "appointment" showed up the doctor (Dr.chang) doesn't even know what I'm there for doesn't have my results doesn't have anything , charged me for a "visit " still , left got a call a day later asking if I can come in again for "a lab test" yet couldn't tell me the day before or knew that I came yesterday for a visit which I didn't get anything not one result . Very unprofessional & unorganized if you ask me don't come here because they do not care about patients whoever says they do are lieying or ok with unorganized work & doctors that don't know what they are even doing can't even comprehend what your telling them . Never coming back to this scam of a place thank you for making me waste my time with y'all it's been 3 months & all 3 months y'all have not done anything . Speaks volume on how much this place really does for you y'all need to fire these ppl who are just there to be there . Honestly a real piece of work this place I tell you

You can’t show up for your appointment at 10:30 and end up seeing the doctor at 12 or 12:30. Some people work on schedules. If we call 1 week earlier to make an appointment and this happens it’s either the doctor doesn’t care about patients time or the scheduling team is not working. We have average metrics on how much time a doctor can spend per patient these days .A late doctor takes way the initial placebo treatment of f seeing a doctor. Now you get even grumpier seeing the doctor making your symptoms worse and you can’t even trust that they care about your . This not a regular business, it’s peoples lives. It’s either we have more doctors onsite to attend to walk-in patients or limit the number of patients per day. I had to cancel that appointment and left without seeing a doctor . Wasted day till probably next 2weeks when I can get sometime off. This is a comment for action and not just to ruin the reputation of this office .
I am a new patient here at this office and the staff have been amazing. Everyone has been accommodating, friendly and appears knowledgeable in their respective roles. I had a cough status post covid for nearly three years. I saw Dr. Tony for my first visit, he made some adjustments to my medication regimen and by the time I had a one week follow up visit my cough was nearly eradicated. I also am impressed upon the fact that all services can be done there. Any diagnostic testing you need can be done there at the office. I am glad I was recommended here and will be recommending others. Thank you Dr. Tony and the staff at Houston Family Physicians.

This is best doctor I've ever seen . I would not ever leave him. He is caring, compassionate, patient and very knowledgeable.. He cares for people not race color or creed. He's awesome . Thanks for all you do.
