My mom, Indira, is a patient of Dr. Veena Reddy. This was her very first visit to a physician in the United States, and she had an excellent experience. My mom said Dr.Veena was incredibly patient, took the time to ask detailed questions, listened carefully to all of her concerns, and showed genuine empathy and compassion. She provided thoughtful guidance and caring instructions, making my mom feel comfortable and well cared for throughout the visit. The best part was that Dr..Veena speaks Telugu, which made a huge difference for my mom. Since she doesn’t speak English, she didn’t need a translator and was able to express all of her concerns in her own language. That made the entire experience much more comfortable and reassuring. We are truly grateful for the exceptional care and highly recommend Dr. AJ and the team.

I scheduled my first appointment with Rachel Kimpin for an annual exam, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had as a new patient. I arrived 30 minutes early, completed all of my new patient paperwork, and was taken back to an exam room before my scheduled 3:00 PM appointment. By 3:30 PM, no one had checked on me or even informed me that the provider was running behind. I eventually had to step out of the exam room myself to ask one of the medical assistants if there was a delay. Rachel came around the corner and, instead of apologizing or acknowledging the wait, said, “That’s me. I’m trying to get this person into dental school, and I’ll be with you after.” The interaction came across as dismissive and condescending, and there was no apology or recognition that I had been waiting. I went back to the exam room, grabbed my jacket, and decided to leave. As I was walking out, Rachel asked, “What do you need? Do you need something for work?” I said no, and she simply walked away without asking why I was leaving or attempting to address my concerns. I work as a Medical Office Specialist, so I completely understand that providers run behind and unexpected situations happen. My issue was never the wait—it was the complete lack of communication, empathy, and professionalism. A simple update or sincere apology would have made all the difference. I do want to recognize the front office staff, who were kind, apologetic, and genuinely seemed to care about my experience. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about the provider. As a new patient, this experience left me feeling that my time and concerns were not valued. I canceled my appointment and chose to establish care elsewhere.

This is an excellent practice. I was in and out in less than an hour (even with 2 different lab tests). The medical assistants and front desk staff were super friendly, and on point, as was the provider that I saw. The phlebotomist did an excellent job taking my blood, and everything in the office appeared super clean. All of my concerns were addressed, and I had many. I was given all proper referrals, and even decided to switch all of my prescriptions to capsule, which is the pharmacy service that the office is affiliated with. They are super convenient because they deliver. Thank you so so much for an amazing experience.

The Myers Cocktail IV Hydration with Paul has made a noticeable difference to my body.
