WOW, Dr. David Lopez and his staff never cease to amaze me. Today, Michelle received 10 jalapeños — the most she could get for her exceptional customer service skills. It takes two qualities when talking with others: "hear and listen." She demonstrated both 100% during our phone call to ensure we both fully understood. Shout out to Michelle. Dr. Lopez deserves a shout-out because he is the man.
Been with Dr Lopez since 2012. Trying to get a simple prescription refilled, I've called Wednesday Thursday Friday Tuesday and Wednesday, and I still don't have my prescription?... Yesterday I was on hold for 40 minutes. I believe they are understaffed?...

If I can give 0 stars I would. Their front office lies too much. They never gave me any papers to go get labs done for them, I get mine from my endocrinologist. Signed the paperwork that gave them permission to contact him for it yrs ago. Every time I come for my annual exam, they ask for it & I say the same thing. The receptionist claimed they called me since last Wednesday-Friday, but my phone went to voicemail. Lies I have my call log and it never shows they called. I have no recent emails either that asks for me to get blood work done for them, nor texts. They also always call my husband 1st when I put on my paperwork to call me 1st as primary and him secondary as it is his work phone and he is busy often. I have been going there for 10yrs or so, it only started going down hill like 4yrs ago. I am done being frustrated over blood work that I already get done every 3mos, and they won't do what I signed their paperwork for. I offered to bring it printed out when I can get it, they refused. They were good up until 4yrs ago. Shame the front office likes to lie when I have literal proof of their lies. I can't post my screenshots apparently on here, but I'll keep them still for my records. Also when they called my husband to set up his new patient, they left a voicemail saying "I guess I'm calling to schedule (husband's name) for a new patient visit...." When he heard that, he said "I guess? Well I guess I'm going there. They should know what they're calling me for." Very unprofessional in both our opinions.
Absolutely horrible staff. Nurse practitioner told me I was pregnant said congratulations to me and put it on my paperwork! Then I went home took pregnancy test immediately and all 4 were negative. Did a blood test negative. Ultrasound negative. Made a follow up appointment told her and she replied oh that good. I had a miscarriage one year prior to her tell me I was pregnant. This was not good this was devastating. To me my partner and my other children.
