All the staff are very friendly. The doctor is great he listen and helps you understand certain thing that doesn't seem to be very clear.

The doctor is good but the wait time is always way too long. I did'nt get to see the doctor till about an hour and a half after my appointment time. appt was 10:40 saw the doctor about 12:20. it was about the same wait the time before also. Too long of a wait.
"What is it you'd say you do here?" Useless. I guess the elderly don't matter. It took seeing someone else in the clinic to get imaging and a referral after over six months of serious health concerns. Patient was doing poorly and is now in ICU.
Dr. Nichols is a very nice doctor, very good active listening and takes his time to address all needs.
