Dr. Keith H. Lamy, MD.

Dr. Keith H. Lamy is an exceptional physician who truly cares about his patients. From the very first appointment I felt heard, respected and in very capable hands. He takes the time to thoroughly explain diagnoses and treatment options without making you feel rushed. His bedside manner is warm and reassuring and his medical knowledge is clearly outstanding. The staff at his practice is equally friendly and professional, making every visit a pleasant experience. I am so glad to have found such a dedicated and trustworthy doctor. I highly recommend Dr. Lamy to anyone looking for top quality primary care.

Dr Lamy is great but unfortunately his front desk lady is terrible. My insurance covers the weekend fee She decides that I can’t be seen without paying it out of pocket. I advise her I’ve been going here for a year before she worked there. Doesn’t matter, makes me swipe a card, fine. Set up a follow up physical appt. Called and cancelled the appointment because I had a schedule conflict. She calls me and states that I never did so and will be charged a $75 fee. Calls me a liar and states I never reached out. This is unprofessional. Love Dr Lamy, love going to the Dr (Ha!) can’t stand seeing this under qualified, rude, front desk lady. Did tell her on the phone that I would be happy to return with this fee waived as I did call and cancel, she put her pride over the Dr’s practice and stated again that it never happened.

I went to this office and was charged my regular fee upfront when I was pulled to the back and told I needed blood work. I was charged an additional $20. I’ve never had an office charge me additional for bloodwork that should have been billed to my insurance. and apparently I was also scheduled a month out for a follow up, which I was not aware of and nobody called me to remind me till the day of, a man calls talking about “are you on your way” I said on my way for what I didn’t know I was scheduled? I then got a bill for a no-show fee. I called the office and spoke to a woman who said she will give the message to the manager regarding the balance. I never got a call back. I called a month later spoke to a gentleman named Roger I believe To call me regarding the balance, he stated billing only works on Saturdays and he will give them message because they were in vacation at the moment. it’s been months and I still haven’t heard back. Ive gotten over charged at this office and there seems to be no organization skills within the staff to call a patient back. some woman in the front desk are also very unprofessional over the phone I had one tell me it was her day off and she couldn’t help

Dr Lamy is incompetent and his staff as well. Our Mother trusted him with her care for several years, seeing him for CARE as an 85 year older Mother of 5. In the last 2 months or more of appointments, he gave her medication for an urinary tract infection, scheduled her physical therapy for strengthening her legs and muscles because he said she was just 85 and loosing muscle tone. We requested a wheelchair, oxygen, bloodwork. Mother should have been admitted to the hospital for just her symptoms alone. When she fell to the floor twice from not having any strength, cold and sweating, sleeping most of her days, we admitted Mother to the hospital ourselves. Dr Lamy how did you miss terminal cancer through most of her organs?!?! Mother died trusting you Sir. We asked to talk with Dr Lamy at his office, he agreed and had our meeting set by his staff. Dr Lamy hid behind a 150. dollar charge to visit with our family. No condolences. Dr Lamy is not a Dr you should trust. Do not go to him and if you have loved ones in his care, warn them, Dr Lamy will misdiagnose you, ignore your symptoms, knowing CANCER is in your medical history.

I have been a patient since 2001 if I could I would give this place negative stars , this place has the most inadequate office staff. My annual physical and blood work are covered 100 % and every year I get a bill from CPL for the lab work. I have to waste my time calling cpl to put my account on hold until Lamy's office can fix the billing . The "OFFICE MANAGER " Melissa only works on Saturday so you have a 4 hour window once a week to get a hold of her . I spoke with her a month ago about the issue and she stated she would correct it . It was never corrected and I received another bill from cpl . I spoke with her 2 days ago and she was putting the blame on cpl when the Dr office does the billing codes. This has happened over the last 10 yrs . I called to day to speak to someone in Charge to let them know my situation they said no one was there to talk to me . I stated I wanted a call back they also said no one would be calling . I am done this place Dr Lamy you staff is your worst enemy.
