It's always a pleasure to make "in person" appointments with Dr. Ling for regular check-ups and with the in-network phlebotomists that conveniently reside in the same office. Facility is always clean, close by. There was quite a wait at this visit, arrived before spot time, was nearly an hour before I was called. Tech that checked me in went over some of the obvious questions from previous visits, but didn’t ask if I’d had shots I was due for, if I’d had any other recent tests or scans, etc. therefore when Dr Ling came in nothing stood out as needing to be put in records. I brought up several concerns which Dr Ling ordered blood work for & was given follow ups. I think initial screening could have been handled much more thoroughly & with even a bit of interest to patient.
I've been seeing Dr. Ling for many, many years almost 20yrs to be exact and I can honestly say she's one of the best primary care physicians I've had. She takes the time to listen, explains things clearly, and truly cares about her patient's well-being. I never feel rushed, and she always makes sure all my questions are answered. The entire staff is equally amazing-friendly, and professional. The office is clean, and well organized. I'm really grateful to have found Dr. Ling and her team.
